"Poseidon Gardens

Giardini Poseidon is the largest thermal park on the island of Ischia.
Located in the marvellous Bay of Citara, in the municipality of Forio d'Ischia, with over 20 pools and a well-equipped wellness centre Giardini Poseidon Ischia is among the best-equipped thermal parks in Italy. The Terme di Poseidon is spread over an area of 50,000 square metres of gardens with plants and flowers of all kinds, an authentic thermal 'paradise' by the sea!
The Poseidon Gardens in Ischia are open every day from 12/06/2021 until 31/10/2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

All the pools of the Poseidon Ischia Thermal Park have their own temperature ranging from 20° to 40° centigrade and are fed by hyperthermal, highly mineralised springs. One of the peculiarities of the Terme Poseidon Ischia is definitely the sauna, which is located inside a natural cave.

In the thermal area of Ischia Poseidon you can enjoy massages, beauty treatments, inhalations, aerosol and various other thermal cures. In addition, underwater massages, Kneipp groups, and a Japanese circulatory path are other wellness features you can find at the Poseidon Ischia.

"Negombo Thermal Park

The Negombo Thermal Park Ischia, a must-visit
It is located in one of the most beautiful and suggestive bays on the whole island of Ischia: the bay of San Montano in the municipality of Lacco Ameno. Always well frequented, the Negombo hydrothermal garden is not only one of the most renowned thermal parks on the island, but also a perfect combination of nature, wellness and relaxation.

The thermal water together with plants from Australia, Japan, South Africa, and Brazil are the absolute stars of Negombo Ischia.

The Negombo Thermal Park is open every day from 08:00 to 19:00

Negombo Ischia has 12 pools, one of which is indoor, all fed by a spring that gives thermal water at 40°.  The curative properties of this thermal water are particularly indicated for the treatment of osteo-articular affections. In this respect, we also recommend the thermal showers along the Templari path and the tuff grotto, the Onphalos grotto, with a thermal well in which to plunge and three water jets for cervical showers.

The well-equipped wellness centre inside the Negombo Ischia hydropark is open all year round and also hosts training courses, authorised by the Campania Region, for professional figures such as masseurs and beauticians.

"O' Vagnitiello

O'Vagnitiello Casamicciola Terme
is a precious pearl set in greenery in one of the most beautiful corners of the island of Ischia. A short distance from the centre and the port of Casamicciola Terme, the O'Vagnitiello bathing park is a mixture of thermal park and bathing establishment. Here, in fact, you can enjoy both the benefits of thermal water and a clear, transparent sea.

This corner of paradise is somewhat hidden, almost as if it does not want to be discovered.

The bus stop is not far away and the hotel provides a convenient round-trip shuttle service to the main road leading to the park.

If you are on a scooter, motorbike or with a small car, you can reach the park via a very narrow road that will take you to the car park of the facility.

a mini thermal park, named after the nearby thermal spring of Bagnitiello, has no less than 4 swimming pools, at different temperatures and all equipped with hydromassage. A large natural sauna, Jacuzzis and a beauty centre complete the thermal offer of O'Vagnitiello.

One of the pools is also suitable for children.

"Parco Termale Castiglione

The Parco Termale Castiglione, one of the very first thermal parks on Ischia, is one of those places to visit once you arrive on the island.

8 of the 10 pools in the Parco Termale Castiglione are fed by an ancient thermal spring that will give you an immediate feeling of well-being on the beautiful coast of Casamicciola Terme.

Once you have passed the entrance to the Castiglione Thermal Park, you will be accompanied to the pools by a characteristic funicular railway from which you can admire the unquestionable beauty of the park, which stretches out above the sea.

The vegetation all around will be the perfect setting for your relaxation, which will also accompany you when you stroll between pools.

Inside the Castiglione Park you can enjoy the Terme Beauty & Spa Centre, which offers a wide range of spa and beauty treatments and packages. They range from the most fashionable massages and beauty treatments to traditional thermal cures (mud, baths, inhalations, aerosols). For the latter, if you have a doctor's prescription, you can take advantage of the agreement with the S.S.N., paying only the ticket.

"Nitrodi Spring

Nitrodi Spring, miraculous waters.
The island of Ischia is rich in springs that dispense miraculous waters, the Nitrodi Spring, located in Buonopane a hamlet of Barano d'Ischia, is one of them. The Sorgente di Nitrodi (Nitrodi Spring), well known by the islanders and tourists who frequent the island, offers waters particularly indicated for skin pathologies such as ulcers and scars and for gouty arthropathies. The waters of the Nitrodi Spring are classified as medium-mineral (bicarbonate-sulphate and alkaline-earthy) and hypothermal. The main components include sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, sulphur and carbon.

The Fonte delle Ninfe Nitrodi park is the place where you can enjoy all the beneficial power of the thermal water of the Nitrodi spring without storage and without any chemical-physical treatment and at a natural temperature of 28°.

The park unfolds in characteristic terraces and is organised with comfortable changing rooms, waterfall showers, washbasins, chairs and umbrellas characterise the part of the park dedicated to meeting the Nitrodi nymphs.
